Who we are
Krevnix is a trade name of Mogul Minded Ventures, LLC. Krevnix is software that contractors use to run their business. This page explains what information the software keeps and why.
What a contractor's account holds
The contractor's name, business name and email. The customers, jobs, notes, photos, voice notes, estimates, proposals, change orders, invoices and payments the contractor enters. This information belongs to the contractor's business. Other businesses using Krevnix cannot see it.
If you are a contractor's customer
Your contractor entered your name and the details of your job. When you accept a proposal or decide on a change order, we record your typed name, the date and time, and the internet address and browser of the device you used, so there is a record of what you agreed to. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on the contractor's own Stripe account. Krevnix does not receive or store card numbers or bank details.
Services we rely on
Supabase stores the data. Cloudflare delivers the app. Resend sends sign-in emails. Stripe processes payments. Google Calendar is used only when a contractor connects it. Anthropic's Claude is used to draft estimates, read a quote a contractor uploads, and translate proposal wording; the text or file is sent for that purpose only.
Photos and files
Job photos and voice notes are private to the contractor's business. A quote uploaded to build a price list or an estimate is deleted once it has been read.
Your choices
A contractor can ask for a copy of their information or for their account to be deleted. A customer who wants their information corrected or removed should ask their contractor, or write to us.
