Your business data stays yours.
Krevnix holds your customers, your prices and your money. Here is how we protect them, in plain words.
Every business is walled off
Each business's customers, prices and jobs are kept apart by rules in the database itself, which checks every request. Another business on Krevnix cannot see your data.
No passwords to steal
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password to reuse, guess or leak.
Customers see only what you choose
Costs, margins and sub prices never appear on anything a customer opens. Customer links are long and random, and we store only a fingerprint of each one.
Card details never touch Krevnix
Card payments go through Stripe to your own Stripe account. Krevnix never receives or stores card numbers or bank details.
Encrypted on the way and at rest
Everything travels over HTTPS. Data is stored encrypted with Supabase, and the app runs on Cloudflare.
A record that can't be edited
An accepted proposal or approved change is locked, with the name typed, the date and time, and the device's internet address.
AI with limits
Anthropic's Claude drafts estimates, reads quotes you upload and translates proposal wording. Only that text or file is sent, uploaded quotes are deleted once read, and under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models.
Your data is yours
Ask for a copy of your information, or for your account to be deleted, and we'll do it.
